    \"\"With its products and services, it continues to offer solutions to the main distribution companies and fuel dealers and contractor companies. In order to deliver these products and services to our customers faster and more accurately, in addition to our 33 dealers located throughout Turkey, in addition to our central staff, regional managers residing in different regions of Turkey have been included in our staff in order to reach our customers directly and to understand their needs in the most accurate way. Regional managers carry out project design, exploration and sales operations of their projects in their regions, as well as after-sales field controls and inspections. They work in coordination with Torah dealers in their area and regularly visit dealers. In this environment where competition is extremely increasing, our regional managers provide one-to-one information and special studies so that they can inform the customer correctly and direct their investments. In order for them to provide this information correctly, our team of regional officers, as well as all Tora staff and dealers, goes through a detailed training process. Our team, which received detailed training with products and services at our headquarters before going to the field, started to work in its regions after receiving the necessary training in the field and providing the necessary professional competence. In addition, in the meetings held at our head office on the dates determined every month, sectoral trainings are provided in addition to the meeting agenda, and it is ensured that our regional managers deliver the most up-to-date and efficient information to our customers. Due to our job, we have an obligation to work in dangerous areas. Of course, it is not possible for us to do business without creating the necessary business environment during these studies. These are only training and information sharing, HSE, first aid, advanced driving techniques trainings are given regularly. Regional supervisors also actively participate in HSE audits and support the execution of their projects in accordance with HSE rules.<\/strong><\/p>\n
