{"id":9621,"date":"2015-09-11T12:00:50","date_gmt":"2015-09-11T09:00:50","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/torapetrol.com\/haberler\/notification-obligation-date-for-soil-pollution-control-extended\/"},"modified":"2023-11-01T12:44:51","modified_gmt":"2023-11-01T09:44:51","slug":"notification-obligation-date-for-soil-pollution-control-extended","status":"publish","type":"avada_portfolio","link":"https:\/\/torapetrol.com\/en\/haberler\/notification-obligation-date-for-soil-pollution-control-extended\/","title":{"rendered":"Notification Obligation Date for Soil Pollution Control Extended"},"content":{"rendered":"<div class=\"fusion-fullwidth fullwidth-box fusion-builder-row-1 nonhundred-percent-fullwidth non-hundred-percent-height-scrolling\" style=\"--awb-border-radius-top-left:0px;--awb-border-radius-top-right:0px;--awb-border-radius-bottom-right:0px;--awb-border-radius-bottom-left:0px;--awb-flex-wrap:wrap;\" ><div class=\"fusion-builder-row fusion-row\"><div class=\"fusion-layout-column fusion_builder_column fusion-builder-column-0 fusion_builder_column_1_1 1_1 fusion-one-full fusion-column-first fusion-column-last\" style=\"--awb-bg-size:cover;\"><div class=\"fusion-column-wrapper fusion-flex-column-wrapper-legacy\"><div class=\"fusion-text fusion-text-1\"><p><strong>11.09.2015 Ankara<\/strong><\/p>\n<h1 style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong>Notification Obligation Date for Soil Pollution Control Extended<\/strong><\/h1>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>The notification period for the Activity Preliminary Information Form, which must be prepared in accordance with the Regulation on the Control of Soil Pollution and Contaminated Sites, has been extended<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>  Within the scope of the &#8220;Regulation on the Control of Soil Pollution and Point Source Contaminated Sites&#8221;, which was published in the Official Gazette dated 08.06.2010 and numbered 27605, stations were also required to fill in the Activity Preliminary Information Forms through the Contaminated Sites Information System until September 8, 2015 and submit them to the Provincial Directorates as signed.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>  According to the announcement made by the General Directorate of Environmental Management, it was stated that the intensive notifications made by the owners of the activities through the &#8220;Contaminated Sites Information System&#8221; caused the system to slow down, the form filling time to be prolonged and the system to be locked, and it was announced that the notification period was extended until November 8, 2015.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong><img decoding=\"async\" class=\" wp-image-2008 alignleft\" src=\"https:\/\/torapetrol.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/Toprak-K%C4%B1rl%C4%B1l%C4%B1k-Kontrolu-%C4%B1c%C4%B1n-B%C4%B1ld%C4%B1r%C4%B1m-Yukumlulu%C4%9Fu-Tar%C4%B1h%C4%B1-Uzat%C4%B1ld%C4%B1.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"548\" height=\"459\">The full text of the statement published on the website of the Ministry of Environment and Urbanization is as follows: &#8220;As it is known, the activities within the scope of the &#8220;Regulation on the Control of Soil Pollution and Point Source Contaminated Sites&#8221;, which was published in the Official Gazette dated 08.06.2010 and numbered 27605, are required to fill in the Activity Preliminary Information Forms through the Contaminated Sites Information System, and submit them to our Provincial Directorates until 08.09.2015.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>However, the intense notifications made by the owners of the activities through the &#8220;Contaminated Sites Information System&#8221; caused the system to slow down, the form filling time to be prolonged and the system to be locked.
