Gilbarco’s New Pump in Turkey with the Assurance of Frontier Torah
Frontier, the new and economical pump produced by Gilbarco Veeder Root with the slogan “Gilbarco for every station”, took its place in the Turkish market with the assurance of Tora.
The introductory launch of the Frontier pump was held on Thursday, January 29 at The Ritz Carlton Hotel in Istanbul with intense participation.
The introductory launch hosted by Tora Petrol was attended by the President of Gilbarco Veeder-Root EMEA&ANZ, the General Manager of Gilbarco, members of the board of directors of Gilbarco, Tora Petrol executives and dealers, and representatives of fuel distribution companies.
Pierre Fornet, President of Gilbarco Veeder-Root Europe, Middle East, Africa, Australia and New Zealand, delivered a speech at the launch. Pierre Fornet stated that Frontier, the new product designed by Gilbarco Veeder Root, which produces solutions from A to Z for the needs of the fuel industry all over the world and has a turnover of approximately 1.4 billion dollars, is suitable for the Turkish market in terms of technology, quality and price, and said that Frontier is designed for the fuel industry in Turkey and will be accepted in the market in a short time.
Expressing his satisfaction with the business partnership with Tora, Pierre Fornet shared his belief that this business partnership will be carried to much better places in the coming years.
Fatih Akın, Chairman of the Board of Directors of Tora, stated that they have a slow but firm relationship with Gilbarco and said, “Tora has not compromised on innovation and quality since its establishment in 1998. In addition, as Tora, we attach great importance to HSSE-G. Today, we have a staff of 140 people, 33 dealers and 11 field teams serving in their regions. Gilbarco and I have been together for about 10 years. In the early years, we represented a few Gilbarco products, but today we offer a wide range of products.
As a result of long joint studies, we offer the Frontier pump to the market at economical prices without sacrificing quality.”
